Shopping in Wooldots online shop is secure and easy. When you complete an order you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email.

Always be sure to check that you have provided the correct address and that you have typed your email address correctly. If there are errors in the email address you have provided, you will not receive an order confirmation.

We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, out of stock/discontinued products or failure to deliver on the part of our suppliers.

You can pay with Dankort, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, VISA Electron, JCB, Maestro and American Express.

Delivery

We offer the following types of delivery:

GLS Private – GLS deliver the package to your home address.

GLS Parcel Shop – GLS deliver the package to the nearest parcel shop, where you can collect the package.

GLS Commercial – GLS deliver the package to a registered business address.

Right of withdrawal

According to Danish law, you always have 14 days’ right of return from the date you receive the item.

However, the right of withdrawal presupposes that you return the item in essentially the same condition and quantity, in which you received it. Consequently, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, if you use the item in a way, which clearly and significantly detracts from the sale value of the item.

When you return your item by post, you can, if necessary, reuse the packaging, in which you received it. If you wish to exchange an item or would like a refund, please contact us before you return the item.

Complaints

In the case of errors or defects in an item, you can complain using the above email, address or phone number. You have 3 years’ warranty from the date, on which you received the item. Remember to save your receipt.

However, it is a precondition that these errors or defects are not the result of incorrect use of the item or other injurious behaviour causing the defect. You must complain within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be considered timely. We reserve the right to remedy a defect/replace with an undamaged item rather than refunding the price of purchase. In other words, your item will be repaired, or you will receive a new item to replace the item you are complaining about, if your complaint is justified.

Damaged package

If your package is damaged when delivered, you must complain to GLS Denmark. If there is any visible damage, please refuse receipt. If you have already received the package, you must complain as soon as possible: preferably on the same day. Remember to receive the package with RESERVATION. Contact Wooldot on info@wooldot.com. We then help process your complaint.

Limitation of liability

We cannot be held responsible for price increases, out of stock/discontinued products and typographical errors..

Applicable law and venue

Any dispute will be determined in accordance with Danish law by the ordinary courts.
